This website, VB Anatomy Academy (vbanatomy.com), is operated by Dr. Vaishaly Bharambe. By using this site, registering for the webinar, buying the membership, or buying flashcard access, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from it.
2. What we offer
VB Anatomy Academy provides anatomy education for medical and allied-health students, through:
- Free resources on the site — articles, topic guides and the live webinar.
- A paid membership (Spark, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Super Diamond series) giving access to video lessons, handled through our membership platform.
- Paid flashcards at vbanatomy.com/flashcards — a one-time purchase per topic giving 1 year of access, handled through Razorpay.
3. Accounts and access
Some parts of the site require you to sign in with your name, mobile number and email. You're responsible for keeping your login details to yourself — flashcard access is tied to the mobile number you registered with, so access can be read by anyone who has that number.
4. Payments
Membership and flashcard payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (currently Razorpay for flashcards). We do not store your card or UPI details — that's handled directly by the payment provider. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds and cancellations

6. Use of the content
All videos, diagrams, flashcards, notes and other material on this site are for your personal study only. You may not record, redistribute, re-sell, or publicly share this content (including inside WhatsApp/Telegram groups or on other platforms) without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't use the site to upload anything unlawful, attempt to access another student's account, interfere with how the site runs, or scrape/automate access to our content.
8. Changes to the service
We may update, add to, or discontinue parts of the site (including the webinar schedule, topics offered, or pricing) at any time. We'll do our best to give notice of anything that affects access you've already paid for.
9. Limitation of liability
Our content is for educational purposes and does not replace your medical curriculum, textbooks, or clinical training. We are not liable for exam outcomes or decisions made based on this content.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
