𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁
Since childhood, I’ve always found comfort in creating — whether it’s a sketch, a design, or later on, when I started my YouTube channel, VB Anatomy, creating educational videos.
Art, for me, is not just expression; it’s an anchor.
In a world that constantly demands, art offers stillness.
When life becomes overwhelming, creation becomes my quiet place.
The joy of creating lies not just in the outcome, but in the process itself.
The moments I spend imagining the direction of light, the shadows, and the play between them are moments I truly live with myself.
What someone else finally sees in my creation is their interpretation — but the act of creation is mine and mine alone.
Through every brushstroke, I rediscover balance, purpose, and light.
Perhaps that’s why I teach anatomy the way I do — visually, creatively, and intuitively.
My YouTube channel, VB Anatomy, is built on the same belief: that we learn best when we create, when we draw, when we visualize.
For me, art and anatomy are, in fact, extensions of each other — reflections of the same principles of observation and understanding…
…and finally, peace.
